We then help you decide which supplier meets your needs best based on your experience with the software. We then help you rigorously test the provisionally selected system. We usually recommend a process that allows you to get a long way into planning the implementation before signing the contract. You should certainly not have to commit to a product until you are sure it will meet your needs.
